Hucknall, Nottingham, England

Jolly Phonics – innovation offer!

Date: Thursday 21st June
Time: 16:15 – 17:30
Venue: Holgate Primary and Nursery School, High Leys Road, Hucknall, NG15 6EZ

This event is to introduce a very exciting and innovative opportunity on behalf of Jolly Learning Ltd. one that you could now be part of!

It is an extension of our Jolly Phonics programme which has achieved excellent results in teaching reading in reception at Holgate Primary and Nursery School in Hucknall. Similar good results have been achieved in other schools. With Samantha Arnold and her colleagues at the school, we are inviting you to attend an event at Holgate Primary and Nursery to hear about how this has enabled higher reading achievement, and you can consider taking part too.

A brief overview is that this development, called Jolly Phonics Extra, provides an interesting way of enabling children to read some of the more difficult spellings by using extra phonically regular symbols, supported by a ‘talking pen’. If you wished to use this programme in your school next year, we will provide the materials and guidence for free.

Would you be interested in hearing more? If so, we would love to see you! Book your tickets on Eventbrite here, or contact Cara at Jolly Learning on cara@jollylearning.co.uk or 020 8501 0405
