FOR SCHOOL ORDERS
Are accepted by fax, post or email email@example.com using school purchase order forms or school letterhead. Please include a contact name. For schools in the USA, a 30-day invoice is raised. For international schools, a proforma invoice is raised which must be paid in full before goods are dispatched.
INSPECTION COPIES (USA only)
Requests for inspection copies are accepted by fax, post, or email firstname.lastname@example.org school letterhead. Please mark INSPECTION and include a contact name. Goods are returned at school’s own cost after 30 days and items returned credited from the accompanying invoice. Please note that software products are not available for inspection.
FOR PERSONAL ORDERS
Are accepted by telephone, through the on-line shop, with a credit or debit card or by post using the order form. (Checks made payable to Jolly learning Ltd and sent to the address below)
DELIVERY & DISPATCH
All orders are subject to the appropriate delivery charge.

All orders are dispatched using FedEx or UPS which may require a signature (this will depend on how large the order is). We are unable to deliver to PO Box or BFPO addresses.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-4 days on receipt of order. (Excludes weekends and public holidays)
For orders being delivered overseas, please be aware that custom duty may be payable on receipt at local rate.
Applicable sales tax will be added to invoices when product is shipped to the state of Vermont.
Prices are valid from 1st January until 31 December 2020 and are in USD.
