Mbj has a wide breadth of experience within the education sector and has been involved in the teaching of Jolly Phonics for a few years now. As an education administrator and a teacher with a strong devotion to equal and quality education for all, she was overjoyed when she came across Jolly Phonics in 2016, seeing it as an opportunity to help children across different colors, gender and status read and write without stress and in a fun way too!
She quickly implemented the program in her school where she is the administrator as well as a teacher and was astonished at the amazing results she achieved within a short period of time. She became a co-trainer in the same year, training public primary school teachers in the Southwest region of Nigeria.
She also implemented the teaching in her adult literacy class in conjunction with Lagos State Agency for Mass Education and Adult Literacy. She has conversely gone on to be involved with the training of public primary school teachers across Nigeria and Sierra Leone.

She is also a Social Entrepreneur who creates platforms and opportunities for teenagers and young adults to develop their talents and potentials thereby achieving their dreams and aspirations.
