In 2004, Mrs Najwa Noueihed graduated with Honors in International and European Law from Wolverhampton University. Mrs. Najwa developed a passion for innovative teaching methods during her final year project, which integrated United Nations laws with educational initiatives.
Mrs. Najwa has over 16 years of experience in using Jolly Phonics. Her journey began while volunteering at Hollybrook Infant School in Southampton, UK, where she applied the program to enhance literacy at Kindergarten and Primary levels. This commitment continued at Ishraq School in Aley, Lebanon, from 2014 to 2024, where her efforts in the Kindergarten department, particularly in teaching English as a second language using Jolly Phonics, were internationally recognized for excellence.
Mrs. Najwa has trained teachers across schools in Lebanon and conducted workshops at various universities, significantly contributing to the successful use of the Jolly Phonics program.
