Ms Pallavi has over 12 years of experience in a preschool following a Masters in Economics. Currently, she is a Territory Head of Early Childhood Association, UP, working with preschools to help them find better techniques for teaching having visited many other preschools across India, Japan, Bali and Singapore. Alongside this, she is working with NLK Group of Schools as a trainer. She is proud that her leadership has led to multiple awards given to her schools.
Pallavi has been using the Jolly Phonics programme in her school since 2013 and has seen tremendous results in the children. She has conducted many workshops for teachers – training them to implement the programme at her school – and parents, and now her dream is to connect more and more educators to use Jolly Phonics for struggling readers.
